Meet the 2023 CCA Associates
Rachel A. Gupta (Gupta Dispute Resolutions LLC) – Rachel is the founder and principal of Gupta Dispute Resolutions LLC, based in New York City. She is a former commercial litigator and in-house counsel, and is now a full-time independent arbitrator and mediator. She has significant experience in complex commercial matters, including structured finance, public finance, securities, insurance, real estate, and financial transactions. She is currently an arbitrator and panelist for the AAA and CPR. Her clients have included public corporations, financial institutions, insurance companies, privately-owned investment management firms, real estate companies, law firms, and pharmaceutical and technology companies.
Diana B. Kruze (ADR by Diana/Judicate West) – is a full-time mediator, arbitrator, and discovery referee with Judicate West, focusing on business, technology, and health care disputes. She has successfully resolved multi-million dollar cases around the world and has extensive subject matter expertise in IP infringement (trade secret, copyright and patent), biotech and pharmaceuticals, licensing, data breach/cybersecurity, telecommunications, and satellite technology. Prior to becoming a neutral, Diana was a litigation partner with the leading international law firm of Morrison & Foerster, where she tried and settled complex disputes in all areas of business, civil rights, health care and technology law. She was then appointed as a full-time judicial officer with the California Superior Court, where she presided over a wide array of civil cases and the restraining order calendar. Diana lives in San Francisco with her three children, two dogs, and five chickens, and enjoys fly-fishing, boxing, building mid-century modern dollhouse furniture, and binge-watching TV shows (like Ru Paul’s Drag Race).
Tina E. Patterson (Principal, Jade Solutions, LLC) – Tina resides in Germantown, Maryland where she has served as an independent arbitrator, mediator and facilitator for over 20 years. She has specific experience in software development, intellectual property, government contracting, land use matters, hospitality, and employment contracts. In addition, Tina has completed certificate training in the following: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Configuration Management, and Diversity Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). She is the author of “Securities Arbitration 101” and has been featured for her work in the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution Public Disputes and Building’s practitioner profiles. In addition, she has more than 15 years information technology experience including managing and leading the Accreditation Mark product team and product rollout for a Fortune 500 company. She currently serves on the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial and Consumer Panels, the CPR Employment Panel, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Panel, and the D.C. Bar Attorney Client Arbitration Board.
Jo Colbert Stanley (Stanley Legal Services LLC) is an independent neutral and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator and arbitrator, and holds a Diploma in International Maritime Arbitration from CIArb. Jo also serves as a chair-qualified Public Arbitrator, hearing financial services-related matters for FINRA, and is a Registered Mediator for Florida’s Department of Financial Services. During her 20-plus years as a litigator in private practice, Jo has focused on commercial litigation, employment, and insurance law. A past Fellow of the American Bar Association’s ADR Section, Jo is active in national and local volunteer Bar associations, currently serving as co-chair of the American Bar Association’s ADR Fellows Committee, and she is the incoming chair (2023-2024) of the Federal Bar Association’s ADR Section. Jo chairs Broward County Bar Association’s Admiralty and Maritime Law Section and serves on the Admiralty Law Committee of The Florida Bar. She is a member of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, the Port Everglades Association, the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (where she serves as secretary on the Yachting Committee), and the Fort Lauderdale Mariners Club. In addition to her other professional engagements, Jo regularly presents continuing legal education seminars and submits articles on dispute resolution and maritime topics. Jo is also currently working on her Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
