About the Program

When your client has agreed to arbitrate a dispute, what can you as the advocate do to prepare and assure the economy, efficiency and clarity of presentation that arbitration promises and permits?  How does arbitration advocacy differ from courtroom advocacy?  This program will help you see through the arbitrator’s eyes the process, questions and range of answers that lead to better, more efficient, and successful arbitrations.  The program is designed for both basic and entry level advocacy training and also for those with seasoned experience in advocacy practice and arbitration matters.

This one-day institute is programmed to help litigators to understand the process, practice and procedure of arbitration to become better equipped and able to secure their client’s needs.  This program is for Lawyers who anticipate needing to know, with more detail and specificity, the process of commercial arbitration from inception and filing through conclusion of the process.
