The College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA) and the Center on International Commercial Arbitration at Washington College of Law (WCL) are proud to announce that they will be hosting Summit II at WCL in Washington, D.C. on June 5, 2025 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Federal Arbitration Act. The Summit will focus on the past and the future of the FAA as well as update the CCA Protocols for Expeditious, Cost-Effective Commercial Arbitration published in 2010 after the first Summit. With the faculty lined up already, this will be a watershed event in the future of arbitration in America.
